Conception Research On Mutual Pension System Of Elderly In A Village Under The Perspective Of Social Work

In recent years,with the continuous growth of the total number of elderly population in rural areas,rural population aging trend is becoming more and more serious.The proportion of elderly population in rural is higher compared to town,but the supporting resources are relatively small,making the current rural old-age facing many difficulties,such as the traditional family support of old is weakening;the elderly lack of daily care;the elderly daily care deficit;rural pension policy and system security are not enough;the population of empty nest elderly,left behind elderly and other special elderly increases and so on.Therefore,it is urgent to explore different rural old-age model to make up for the deficiency of the pattern of family supporting,to deal with the difficult of the rural elderly.With the development of social work,it plays an increasingly important role in the provision of social services,so research of rural old-age problem under the perspective of social work assists the development and progress of the rural pension.Taking L village in Zhengzhou as an example,this paper studies conception research on mutual pension system of elderly in a village under social work intervening rural old-age.First,this paper researches the status of the elderly in L village from two aspects of material and spirit.At the same time,it also analyzes the shortcomings of various existing rural pension model in villages and discusses the necessity of mutual pension system of elderly in a village.After that,it analyzes the feasibility of constructing mutual pension system of elderly in a village from four aspects including the concept of old age,cultural tradition,the advantages of mutual assistance in the village,and village resources of L village.So,the author thinks it is necessary to construct the mutual pension system of elderly in a village to find road to facing the difficult of the rural elderly.Constructing mutual pension system of elderly in a village under the perspective of social work mainly from three level—individuals,families and communities.In this system,the elderly are the main body of mutual assistance,and families and communities give support.Under the existing conditions,the elderly make full use of resources to build mutual pension system of elderly in a village.Mutual pension system of elderly in a village conforms to the rural old-age resources.As rural family pension mode weakening,and the pension agency mode,government pension mode and self pension mode developed low,village pension mutual has great necessity and feasibility.In this system,the village as a basic unit,the use of existing resources and forces to play the old people's value,realization of village mutual pension.
