In the process of practice exploration of all over the world, the safe communities as its successful experience to proved that it is an effective method to decrease the damage and improve the safety awareness of the residents, increase residents members and belonging sense, and promote the healthy development of the community. Safe community construction has become an important way to solve the safety problem of our country at the present stage and community management problems.Based on the substantial references at home and abroad, firstly introduces the definition of the safe communities and the development situation in all of the world. Then summarizes the growth process of domestic safe communities and the four creating modes and the construction characteristics of the safe communities, thus introduce the internal and external environment for the safe communities construction work on lizifang Town of Zhuanghe city.This paper focuses on the analysis of the Case Study for Safe Communities Construction in Lizifang Town, through the effect evaluation and data analysis of the safe communities construction work in lizifang Town, summed up the method of safe communities construction, and put forward the problems and deficiencies in the construction of safe communities in lizifang Town, to provide ideas for improvement.
