Research On The Construction Of A Safe Community In Wulu Town, Zhuanghe City

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made an important conclusion that the main contradictions in our society have changed.The main contradiction in our society has changed from the contradiction between the people's growing material and cultural needs and backward social production to the contradiction between the people's increasing need for a better life and the uneven and insufficient development.How to guarantee the security right,one of the most basic rights enjoyed by citizens,is an important field for the government to effectively run and manage the society in today's rapid development.The practical experience of the safe community has shown that this is a very effective means of reducing people's injuries and improving citizens' sense of security.This paper starts from a large number of safe community establishment practices,clarifies the purpose of this paper and the problems that need to be solved.It systematically summarizes the development trajectory and construction process of the current domestic and international security communities,and lays a theoretical foundation for the research work of the safe community in Wulu Town.It analyzes the whole process of the construction of safe community in Wulu Town and clarifies the subject of this study.It is expected that the research on the construction of safe community in Wulu Town can provide reference for the construction of safe communities in similar towns.
