| A community is a cell of society. The security of a community is the foundation of social stability and harmony. The core of the concept of socialist harmony is people-oriented, e.g. the harmony between people and people, between people and society and between people and environment. As safety is the foundation of a person’s life, so ensuring people’s safety is the foothold and entry point of building a safe community.The successful experience of safe communities work around home and abroad have been proven to be harm reduction, accelerated social development, improve awareness of the safety of the residents,and enhanced the sence of belonging and responsibility. So the security community work gradually become the focus of the work of Chinese urban and rural safety management.Firstly, This paper introduces the concept of safe communities via look up data, then briefly recommends the the construction and development of internal and external security of the community, and as a simple explanation, sums up the WHO criteria and index requirements in order to facilitate follow-up work.Starting at the beginning of the work, the basic situation of Changling were investigated, combined with outstanding problems Changling, on the hand expansion of propaganda, mobilize the enthusiasm of the whole population, on the other hand, followed on traffic safety, wading safety, school safety, social safety, fire safety, safety in public places, home security and the elderly and agricultural safety problems to develop a series measures, strictly enforced, constantly adjusting to correct problems and deficiencies, and ultimately achieve the desired results, by all parties collection of data management, security issues can be seen in sharp decline, reduce the incidence of injury, and also passed the "safe community" assessment.Finally, the entire security community building Changling experiences and lessons learned were summarized in order to direct the other national security community work. |
