The Transformation Of Social Management Mechanism In The Process Of Our Urbanization Research

In recent years, with the development of urbanization in China, how to make social administration more orderly and dynamic has become an important topic in government departments and academic. The paper bases on the social background of boosting urbanization in the process of modernization, and discusses the transition problems of social administration and development of urbanization in China.Social administration originated in the western industrialization process is a dynamic process, which should be constantly adjusted with the changes of modern society. Due to the long-term effect of traditional planned economy, China’s social administration is always regarded as the accessory of economic management mechanism. However, modernized further development has radically changed the traditional social structure, especially the major challenge social administration has faced. The paper studies the social administration situation in China and analyzes the problems in the changes of modernization, including the contradiction of the growing demand and insufficiency function of social administration, which is hard to manage; interest conflict contributes to the shake; barrier of integrating foreign population and etc.. The lack of adaptation for the urbanization development is mainly because of the lagged idea, single model, struggling social appeal and serious benefit division. What’s more, the paper analyzes creative practice of social administration in some cities and summarizes the beneficial experience so that we can further improve the idea, principle and related solutions.There are six parts in this paper. Chapter one is introduction. It mainly introduces the research backgrounds, related theories, research contents and the methods on social administration; Chapter two introduces the basic connotation and related theories of social administration; Chapter three analyzes urbanization development’s influences on social administration production; Chapter four introduces some creative practice in China and summarizes the experience and enlightenment; Chapter five discusses Chinese government’s thinking, principle and detail measures; Chapter six is the conclusion of the paper.
