The Study On Social Self-organization’s Participation In Social Administration From The Perspective Of Social Collaborative

An important feature of the modern world is of the risk, at present especially as aresult of the globalization and the overall social transition, the differentiation ofChinese social interest,the increasing social problem and social conflict that continueto accumulate social risk. Dealing with the risk from all sides for the socialadministration is not dependenting solely on the government, but the synergistic effectwhich comes from various social subjects. The Third Plenary of the EighteenthNational Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward that we shouldcarry forward the the modernization of country’s governance capacity and governancesystem, it has also put forward that we should innovate the social management systemand motivate the vitality of the social organization,which need to use the synergisticeffect which comes from various social organization..As one of the most importantsocial organization and the carrier of the social self-governance, the socialself-organizations have the advantages that government and business can not reachbecause they own the characteristics of folk, commonweal, voluntary and openness.An effective social administration should combine government’s “heteronomy” andthe “autonomy”of the social self-organization, one is the coercive power of thecountry and another is non-governmental spontaneous force. That’s the socialcooperation.Including an introduction of this article, it is mainly divided into seven parts. Theintroduction shows the background and the significance of the study and it’s literaturereview and the innovative points of research.etc. The second part explains theconceptual framework of the social self-organization,social administration and socialcollaboration. After that, the third part analyzes the practical basis and theoreticalfoundation and the current situation of the self social collaborative administration.Later, according to the current situation, the fourth part refers to the present situationof Chinese and Western social self-organization, learns the potential risks of the socialself-organization’s administration. The reason of these risks appears in this part. It also self-examines the effect that these risks will bring to our nation and society. Thefifth part contains one of the most important matter in this article, it sums up thecontent above to analyze the rule of the administration involved by the socialself-organization, it also summarizes the operating mechanism of such administrationunder the system of social cooperation, this part lays a foundation for further strategy.The other crucial one of the text is the sixth part. This part considers and analyseshow to construct a social cooperative system that are involved and administrated bythe self-organization from the responsibility of the government, acknowledgment ofthe society, legal protection, organization and cooperation and self-construction. Thelast part is the conclusion which restates the viewpoint of this article. It declares thatthe social administration which collaborates the social self-organization can create abuffer zone between the nation and society, it can help us construct a society whichwill be full of life and be stable.
