Study On Lenin’s Exploration Of The Ruling Way Of Marxist Political Party

The victory of the October Revolution marked the leap of scientific s ocialism from theory to reality. After leading the Russian Communist Part y(Bolshevik) to successfully command the Soviet regime in Russia, Leni n made some winding and arduous explorations surrounding issues on the ruling road, put out tremendous important ideas and made invaluable pra ctical explorations. Consequently, there are undoubtedly not only theoreti cal values but also practical significance to make a systematic study on it.This thesis studies from the following three aspects:First and foremost, it discusses Lenin’s assumptions of the ruling way of Marxist political party before the October Revolution, pointing out that the ruling theory of Marx and Engels and the ruling experience of the Paris Commune are the theoretical sources of Lenin’s assumptions. Lenin wishes to let the masses manage the country directly and choose the social development road by achieving democracy through the establishment of Soviet government with the democratic dictatorship of the proletariat.Secondly, it elaborated Lenin’s exploration of the ruling way of Marxist political party after the October Revolution. At the beginning of the victory of the October Revolution, according to his assumption, Lenin established the democratic Soviet regime, trying to get the masses directly involved in the national administration. Besides, he advocated “the grand coalition” with all the other parties. By the war communism period, Lenin was forced by wars and poverty to make adjustments about the ruling road. “The masses ruling the country” was replaced by “the party ruling the country on behalf of the masses”. “the grand coaliton”of all parties developed into “one-party rule”. At the meantime, Lenin tried to make direct transition to socialism by using “national laws”. Then to the era of new economic policy, the emerging of war communism’s disadvantage promoted Lenin’s in-depth thinking about the ruling road. He decided to implement new economic policy, advocated several propositions: using capitalism to develop socialism, clarifying and separating the responsibility of the party and government, using the power of the masses to limit national power and laws to standardize the management of national affairs, etc.Last but not least, it states the historical contribution of Lenin’s exploration to the ruling road of Marxism political party. He created a precedent of Marxism political party exploring the ruling road policy, established Marxism political party ruling system, explored initially the ruling pattern of Marxism political party and consolidated the socialist state power. Meanwhile, some valuable thoughts and ideas put forward during exploration by Lenin also have very important enlightenment on guiding Chinese Communist Party to lead the ruling way of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
