A Study On The Construction Of Suitable Old-age Livable Communities

At present,China's population structure is undergoing major changes,the most prominent is the problem of population aging.From the economic development and population structure of developed countries in the world changes,most countries are in the material wealth accumulated to a certain extent,it began to enter into the stage of population aging,corresponding to these countries have sufficient funds to solve the problem of the elderly.At the beginning of this century,when our country entered the aging society,the accumulation of material wealth is relatively insufficient.The 2013 version of "elderly protection law" a new chapter of "livable environment",not only emphasizes the development of elderly livable residential,but also highlights the trend of population aging,combined with the distribution of building a livable environment to promote and support the elderly.In the background of home care,the living condition of the elderly living in the city is not ideal,the housing based living environment is far from the needs of the elderly.Most scholars mainly study the pension in what way is the old-age home community and institution endowment,few scholars have studied the elderly livable communities,the literature review in this area is very few,but few scholars have studied on the elderly livable communities,what kind of community is really suitable for the elderly pension,what the community is consistent with the physical and mental health of the elderly pension,and old livable communities is very close to the real life of the people,such a study less.This article is mainly through the literature combing and sorting out the relevant policies,regulations and rules of community care services,to understand the current status of research in this field and related fields,which lays the theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,the empirical research to understand the actual situation of the elderly livable community construction,mainly through questionnaires,interviews,observation and other methods to understand the feelings and cognition of the elderly,access to community committees the major achievements and shortcomings,observe the elderly livable community.On the basis of this,the author discusses the problems existing in the construction of the elderly livable community in Handan.Thirdly,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the construction of the elderly livable community in Handan.Finally,this paper introduces the excellent practice of the elderly livable community construction at home and abroad,and provides reference for the community construction of the elderly in Handan.This paper from the environmental conditions suitable for the old community,community living facilities suitable for the old and old fitness status,community service and community spirit civilization life are old problems,put forward the following suggestions: strengthen the construction of community environment,create a suitable old livable environment;improve community facilities,promote the transformation of the old fitness livable the process of increasing;suitable for the old service team,improve the quality of community service;to build a harmonious livable community atmosphere suitable for the old.
