Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of The Elder Type Community In Zhuanghe City

At present,the whole world is facing the problem of aging.As early as 1999,China has entered an aging society.At present,China has the largest aging population in the world,and the aging population in China is at a relatively rapid rate of 3.2% per year,which also makes the work of aging has been the focus of government work.Zhuanghe city is developing toward urbanization.Some rural surplus labor force and the population in need of support are gradually shifting to the city,resulting in the proportion of the elderly population in the city is gradually increasing.This paper investigates the construction of the old-fashioned community in Zhuanghe City by means of literature,questionnaire and comparative study,and puts forward some countermeasures.Through investigation,it is found that there are four problems in the construction of old-age-appropriate community in Zhuanghe City: the inadequate construction of community public environment,the unreasonable design of old people’s residence,the insufficient supply of community old-age service,and the less ways for the old people to participate in society.It is also pointed out that the causes of the problems in the construction of old-age-appropriate community in Zhuanghe City are the quality of The main reasons are the increasingly diversified pursuit of life,the increasingly diversified pursuit of quality life for the elderly,the neglect of housing design for the elderly,the imperfect social security system for the aged,and the lack of community cultural environment construction.Through the comparative analysis of the construction of the old-adapted community in Japan,Canada,Shanghai,Hong Kong,Beijing and other first-tier cities in China,this paper finds out the feasible scheme for the construction of the old-adapted community in Zhuanghe City.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward to improve the construction of the old-age-appropriate community in Zhuanghe: first,actively help the new pension model to land in Zhuanghe,need to explore a new local pension model,improve the overall management level and service quality of the community;second,promote social respect and tolerance for the elderly,strengthen to be changed Building a soft environment for the community will gradually promote the development of a society that respects the elderly;building a community that combines health care with basic medical services and family health services;and promoting social respect and tolerance for the elderly,increasing the channels for the elderly to participate in society and improving their social returns.At the same time,we should create a harmonious neighborhood relationship;Fifth,we should strengthen the outdoor space and architectural design,strive to achieve barrier-free community public environment,gradually improve the community green environment,strengthen community security,but also to promote the transformation of community old-age housing.
