Population aging is a common trend of the development of all countries in the world, China is a populous country and developing country, under the double pressure aging brings China a huge pressure to pension, for the rural pension system is not perfect but also challenges.Rural endowment condition relations with our country socialism new rural construction and the construction of a harmonious socialist society, therefore in combination with the practical situation of China’s national conditions and the countryside, set up corresponding rural old-age security system is imperative.This paper investigated the ChaoHu city Lengquanwang village community endowment condition, on the basis of which:the problems existing in the local rural social endowment, forming causes of the problems and countermeasures of the thinking and summarized.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is introduction,mainly expounds the research background and significance of this article, literature review, the research methods.The second part is basic situation description. Through the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, describing the basic situation of Chaohu city Lengquanwang village and the basic situation and the present situation of pension of the old people in the village.The third part is the main part of this paper, and it includes three chapters. The first chapter, according to the results of the survey analysis of the problems existing in the current rural old-age:pension mode single, the rural elderly autotrophic ability insufficiency, the spiritual and cultural needs and service needs are not being met, the increasing number of the empty nest families. The second chapter mainly probes into the causes of the formation of problems:rural economic foundation is weak, the land circulation, low degree of rural elderly culture and political rights consciousness, the pension laws and regulations are not perfect. The third chapter mainly for forward the countermeasures to solve the problems and reasons, there are mainly to speed up the economic development, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, the blessing government-led introduce market competition mechanism, the introduction of social work at the same time, strengthen the professional talent team construction, promote respect for the elderly love the fine tradition of support and to strengthen the construction of laws and regulations.The conclusion of the last part of this makes a summary and review on the report, and the rural pension prospects in the future of our country were discussed.
