Today, the state, community, family and individual is the main force of rural Chinese pension liability bearing. Among them, the community for the rural elderly pension service provides the most respected. The rural community old-age service model of self formation and development is the common sense of the village collective certain economic ability and the villagers based, it is easier to be accepted by the rural elderly people, with strong flexibility, but also easy to form a complex, which can effectively improve the rural old people quality of life in old age.In previous studies, mostly from the perspective of physical and human capital, constructing the interactive network model of multi participation from the state, community, individual and society from the perspective of internal and external supply subject, present situation, analysis of rural community service pension problems, put forward reasonable suggestions to promote the development of rural community service based on abroad the advantages of community service for the aged.This paper constructs the analysis framework of social capital through the analysis of the literature and the concept of it, will be divided into three dimensions: social trust, social norms and social networks. Through a questionnaire survey to collect the Hebei Feixiang County T village community social capital and the rural elderly participation willingness of data, and the use of logistic regression analysis showed that social capital variables related to the rural elderly participation willingness will produce positive effect, and further analyzes the social capital of each dimension and the elderly to participate in internal fit between these wishes, dimensions can greatly improve the enthusiasm of the community elderly in rural areas to participate in community mutual aid pension services, so as to suit to the larger community mutual support on the level of community service for the aged will lay the solid foundation. Therefore, vigorously promote the rural social capital accumulation and stock for the development of rural elderly participation willingness and rural community endowment service has important theoretical and practical significance.
