Optimization Of Government Website’s Interactive Platform Of Nanchang City Under The Service-oriented Government

With the continuous application and development of Internet technology in the field of government affairs, the level of the government portal website has become one of the symbols to measure the level of informatization development of a country or an area, the interactive platform of the government portal website provides possibilities of communication between government and public. Make full use of the interactive platform of the municipal government portal website plays a great role in promoting the construction of service-oriented government as a service target of our country, but due to various constraints, the existing interactive platform is not perfect,it should be optimized from the overall strategic goal of building a service-oriented government and finally to achieve the purpose of strengthening the construction of public services and the democratic.The research of this paper based on the facts of Nanchang city government portal website’s interactive platform and hopes to be a replicable one which can give inspirations to the construction and optimization of other municipal government portal websites in China.First this article elaborates background of this research and theoretical and practical significance of the construction of service-oriented government in China.Then the study introduces the theories and provides a theoretical basis for the research of interactive platform of municipal government portal websites, at the same time it outlines the history of constructing and improving service-oriented government, interactive platform and citizens’ e-participation in China.After analysing the specific case of Nanchang city government portal website’s interactive platform, the existing problems turns out as follows,concept of service type should be changed, legal and security problems remain, layouts need to be improved, Assessment should be done and interactive level could be higher.After that, select the Shanghai and Busan as examples,describes the specific situation and highlights of their interactive platform of government portal websites, summarize their experience and enlightenment from aspects as legal system, the hardware conditions, core value and platform designs. Finally,based on the domestic and foreign advanced experiences and the current situation of Nanchang city government portal website’s interactive platform, optimization suggestions for improving interactive platform from the point of constructing service-oriented government are as follows,take service-oriented as core value indeed, take legal regulations to secure participation behavior and the platform, try to eliminate the regional digital divide and enhance the quality of the internet, strengthen the function design and the page design of platform, encourage citizens to participate in interaction and open high level interactive columns, strengthen the informatization training and set up platform performance appraisal.
