Principles of international cooperation is a fundamental principle of international law, it is an obligation members of the United Nations must comply. Under the new international relations, the world situation in the "one superpower and many" basis into a leaderless "fragmentation" of the times, in order to cope with the global natural disasters, terrorism and other transnational problems, the basic principles of international cooperation content should also be extended to depth aspects, such as national sovereignty transfer. March 2014 after the aircraft lost contact with the international community in Malaysia cooperation rescue departure sparked international community to rethink the principles of international cooperation. Under the new international relations, international cooperation will inevitably touch on the principles of national sovereignty and sovereignty transfer problems. By analyzing the constituent elements of national sovereignty, comparing absolute sovereignty and sovereign relativity theory that the sovereign authority of the sovereign status,sovereignty is not in the interests of the sovereignty of alienation, which is to determine the quality of the key elements of sovereignty, once transferring sovereignty will exist in name only; However, the sovereign interests and sovereign power is transferring temporarily waive the right to a portion of proceeds to achieve win-win nation-states and the international community. To explore international cooperation in transferring sovereignty of each country should be how to self-adjust to international cooperation through further development of their own, but also to ensure the integrity of sovereignty will not be violated has very important significance.
