People in this city are experiencing tremendous physical and psychological pressure, the government also facing a severe test on the air pollution control.Faced on the situation of haze, the government has declared the confidence to control air pollution on the 2013 "two environments" broadcasting congress and also made a lot of governance policies.After the implementation, these policies have made a well commendable achievements, but we also found some problems in the implementation process. Therefore, the core of this paper is to analyze the governance policies of the city government and evaluate the effects of them. While affirming the effectiveness of the policy, I will seek the deficiencies and find optimization solutions.Then explore the equilibrium point of urbanization and environmental protection of Shijiazhuang. Around this core, the article is divided into an introduction, main body and conclusion.The introduction is the starting of this article. In this part I have introduced the background and significance of the paper. Because of the haze in Shijiazhuang have caused tremendous damage on people’s life, economic development and urban traffic.The government has introduced relevant policies timely and want to address the impact of haze. The effects of advantages and disadvantages of these policies are very worthy for our analysis. The analysis will not only improve the level of my personal policy analysis, but also played some reference to the government. After that, the article discusses the current situation of three research-related issues at home and abroad.
