In this paper, through in-depth investigation and analysis of Jinzhou district agriculture Street administrative law enforcement work status, is conducive to the sort of exposed problems in the practice, and put forward the countermeasures with pertinence and operability.First of all, this paper adopted the questionnaire survey method, the design of agriculture street administrative law enforcement status questionnaire, and 300 questionnaires were distributed,268 valid questionnaires were recovered, with the SPSS 22, the reliability and validity of the questionnaires and the data processing.Secondly, combined with the present situation of agriculture street administrative law enforcement work in Jinzhou new district, the origin of agriculture street administrative enforcement problems mainly has four aspects, the first is the area of administrative law enforcement system to be perfect; the second is the lack of agricultural law enforcement idea and the legal status is not clear; the third is the new agriculture street law enforcement personnel configuration reasonable, quality needs to be improved; the fourth is law enforcement supervision and management of new area administrative flaws.Finally, from the establishment of a sound system of administrative law enforcement, according to the actual situation of agriculture street strengthening of law enforcement, the establishment of agriculture oriented, put forward countermeasures and suggestions of law enforcement work of agriculture street law enforcement in Jinzhou new district as well as the concept of public supervision mechanism.
