China Public Emergencies Government To Guide Public Opinion Research

The beginning of the 21st century, socialism with Chinese characteristics is going into a new stage of development. With the deepening of Reform and Opening, China has entered into a critical period of building a moderately prosperous society, comprehensive deepening reform, and comprehensively promote the rule of law, the full party strictlya, meanwhile, a period of a frequent occurrence of public emergencies as well. A series of public emergencies have caused huge losses to the national economy, social and personal and property security of people. How to deal with all types of emergencies and effectively guide public opinion is an important issue to be solved in our government.Therefore, as the main responsible person for providing public products and service’s-government, should be responsibility to mobilize and organize all social forces, integrate the burden of resources and dealing with emergencies challenge actively, maintain the social public interests and promoting the sustainable development of society. Meanwhile this paper also insight into the Chinese government at boot opinion public emergencies and the causes of the problems.And the institutional and operational levels of public emergencies boot opinion put forward a series of measures.
