| Farmers is a very important and special group in our country and farmers is the pioneers and promoters of China’s economic reform, the problem of farmers is always the fundamental problem in the development of Chinese society, farmers’ development is the core and foundation of the Chinese rural social development, the modernization of farmers will promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, thus promoting to form the new pattern of urban-rural integration and promoting the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. Dazhai village in Xiyang County of Shanxi Province,which is closely bound up with the construction of socialist modernization.In the spring of 1964, under the call of the communist party, the national rural began a vigorous campaign on "Learning from Dazhai in Agriculture", Dazhai villagers are the national farmers learning model at the time, they relied on one’s own efforts,battled with heaven and earth as well as hard work,which spirit influenced a generation. Under the spring tide of reform and opening to the outside, Dazhai once left behind. Since the mid 1980s, Dazhai also implemented the household contract responsibility system for agricultural production,which have made the production take placed great changes. In November 1991, Fenglian Guo was served as party secretary of Dazhai village.She set up Dazhai economic development group and was the chairman in part-time. From then on, Dazhai villagers learn from others and began a second startup,so Dazhai villagers’ footsteps to the new happy life are coming.The artical is based on multiple Field visitings to Dazhai in early times, obtainment about first-hand informations and the combination of theoretical research with literature data. This paper is divided into six parts, the main content is as follows:The introduction, mainly includes the research significance, the domestic scholars’ research in farmers, development of Dazhai, questionnaire investigation methods, interview methods, literature research methods and so on.The first chapter, theories about the development of the farmers. Under the guide of Marx and Engels’s theory of human development, combining the reality of China,I illustrates the connotation of farmers’ development, content and meaning. Describe Dazhai villagers’ situation in the period of before and after the liberation, " Learning from Dazhai in Agriculture " and before and after the reform and opening up, which lead to the current situation of Dazhai villagers’ development in the new period.The second chapter, the present development situation about Dazhai villagers. This section is the core part of the article, mainly tells the story of new achievements of Dazhai villagers’development, new problems of Dazhai villagers’development.The two parts are illustrated from three aspects including the villagers’ material life, political life and cultural life.The third chapter, the analysis of factors restricting Dazhai villagers’ development. These restrictive factors include that the individual Management is simple and the village collective economic is not enough,the "Elite Governance" model is limited and the awareness of modern citizens is lacked,the inheritance of Dazhai spirit is relatively lag and the educational resource between urban and rural is unbalanced,etc.The fourth chapter, the thinking of how to promote Dazhai villagers’ development.Firstly,from the "Dazhai spirit", collectivism spirit and innovative spirit,I illustrate the enlightment of Dazhai villagers’ development in the new period; And then I discuss the new path to promote the development of Dazhai villagers, including the full implementation of "big Dazhai" strategy, advocating the New Dazhai spirit in the new period, etc.Conclusion, the artical discribes the future of Dazhai village in macro, hoping to provide valuable significance to the China’s Midwest farmers development. And I point out some shortcomings and deficiencies in my research, which will put forward the direction of my further study. |
