| Party congress put forward the "resource saving and environment friendly society construction major progress" as the important goal for building a well-off society in an all-round way, construction of "two type society" becomes an important task in today’s China. Community as a social single-celled, only to realize the community public service system of "two type" to achieve the goal of "two type society". Community as a human production and living places, supporting complete public service is very important. Zhuzhou as demonstration area of creating "two type society", typicality, nationwide have, therefore, based on the "two type community" of zhuzhou city as the research object, according to the construction of public service system as the research content, the "two type community" construction problems on research in China has strong representative.This study through the literature method, interview method, data collecting method, and a variety of data analysis methods, such as the "two type of community public service system of zhuzhou city construction question has carried on the empirical research. From the empirical study found that at present, the "two type community" of zhuzhou city public service system construction has made many achievements, and still in development. However, there is also a lack of community construction of public cultural services, community members to participate in the enthusiasm is low, community service showed a trend of marketization of the low coverage, community services, such problems as insufficient expenditure and community volunteer service. In order to effectively solve these problems, this paper argues that both types of community construction should be to improve the community public cultural construction; To improve community members participate in public services; Define the roles and orientation of the government, the residents’ committees;To increase investment, improve service coverage; Give full play to the role of volunteers, etc. |
