With the development of society, the need of public service tend to variety and social organizations play a more prominent role.Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Part of China, emphasizes the importance of innovating the social management system, in the Third Plenary Session of 18th Central Committee,"we need to enhance the way of social management, stimulate the vitality of social organizations, innovate a system that can effectively prevent and solve social contradiction and improve the public security system." That means, Chinese government will weaken its management functions and more competent social organizations are needed to undertake the relevant functions left by the government. However, because of the problems like social organizations’deficiency in professional ability and access to relevant resources and political information and defective social security system, the domestic social organizations are incapable of taking on the public service function. As a consequence, Non-Profit Incubator is set up.Non-Profit Incubator is a supportive platform with the function of resource integration, which can provide co-working space,charity foundation,philanthropy consulting and other comprehensive services for social organizations at the initial stage. It helps them with the problems of deficiency in place, equipment, startup capital, resources,etc, sees them through the start-up stage and assist them to develop a entrepreneurship program into initial social organization.It can be dated back to January,2006 when China’s first non-profit incubator was founded in Shanghai.With years of development, NPI has become one of the largest and most influential public-interest sector organizations in China. It has successfully incubated more than 400 grassroots NGOs and covered over 20 cities.The author work in NPI as intern for 6 months and thus have a basic knowledge of its work groups and incubation process. In the internship, the author employs professional knowledge and takes an active part in practice.professional team of Social Work takes up a great proportion in work groups of Non-profit Incubator. Owing to this professional team, the professional concepts and methods of Social Work widely spread during the process of incubating organizations.They also accumulate abundant cases for practice of Social Work localization. The innovation of the article is that since the existing researches on the relationship between social work incubator and Social Work major are limited, it is the first to focus on research about Social work teams in Non-profit incubator. The author employs methods like questionnaire, interviews and participatory observation, from the perspective of ecological systems theory, to conduct a survey on Social Work teams. The author combines Embedding theory and Empowerment theory to analyze mechanism of Social Work teams and other elements in incubator system, conclude the function of Social Work team in Non-Profit Incubator.The conclusion of the article is that Social Work team is an essential part of Non-Profit Incubator and has the features like high education, younger aging, strong professional ability and value identity and so on. Although Social Work team has a positive effect on incubator, it also gets mired in dilemma, for example, because of limited perspectives and deficient experience, it gets stuck in administrative affairs without showing its profession. Therefore, the author attempts to put forward relevant solutions. In the ecological system of incubator, the functions of Social Work team are as followed:accelerating the ingestion of social organizations and Non-Profit Incubator, promoting the ability and professional development of social organizations, strengthening the construction of incubator, improving the integration of various resources in the system, enhancing the practice and development of Social Work localization.The end of the article is the innovation and deficiency. The innovation lies in that it fills the gap of domestic research on work teams in Non-Profit Incubator and concludes the influencing mechanism of Social Work team and Non-Profit Incubator. While the deficiency is that relevant researches that can used for reference is limited and many conclusions comes from simple search and subjective opinions, thus the research is not much systematic and profound, and still need promotion through practice.
