Study On The Mechanism Of Social Participation In Old-age Community Service Supply

With the rapid development of economic and social, the pension service problems of China which caused by aging population is becoming more and more serious. Multi-social subjects participating in old-age community services is an important and critical path to solve the contradiction between supplies and demands and to achieve the socialized of pension services. So the research of the mechanism of social subject taking part in old-age community services is of great significance.By analyzing the way and problems of the current different types of social subjects which involved in old-age community services, the paper further put forward suggestions for improving mechanism of social subjects involved in the supply of old-age community services, and specific mainly from the following four aspects. Firstly, the paper on the basis of reviewing relevant theory and defined the relevant social subjects which participating in old-age community services, analyze the basic motivations of social subjects and the relationship between social subjects and the government. Secondly,carrying out research for the streets of Xianxia of Changning district,and on the analysis of the service management system, basic operating mechanism, supply and demand, service effectiveness and its influencing factors to analyze the mechanisms of different types of social subjects participating in the old-age community services, including the purchase of services of service-oriented society organizations, quasi-administrative mechanism of grassroots autonomous organizations, community building mechanism of market organizations. Furthermore, the article further analyze the problems of current supply of old-age community services, such as the participation subject strong attach to the government, weakly initiative, deficiency content, optimized environment of participation and so on,and then explore the reasons from the aspects of the government, social organizations, market organization and so on. At last, the article on the basis of domesticand foreign relevant experience and analyze trends and principles to propose the model of the mechanism of social subjects participation, and put forward suggestions specifically from the perspective of the government, social organizations, market organizations,residents.This paper uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. On the one hand, by collecting cross-sectional data and questionnaire survey to collect the age,mode of living and other aspects information, and then use statistical analysis to analyze the effect of services and its influencing factors. On the other hand, through in-depth interviews and field observations to analyze the methods and content of social subjects participating in old-age community services, and then analyze the mechanism of different social subjects involved in the supply of old-age community services by logical reasoning.
