A Study On The Ways And Countermeasures Of Social Institutions’ Participation In Community Service

Under the background of comprehensive deepening reform and rapid social transformation, social problem appear. Awareness needs of community residents increased, showing a trend of diversification,which,put higher requirements for the community service. In other words, the change of macro social environment needs the innovation of community service.Under the guidance of ervice-oriented government, social services have been arranged by the government gradually transformed into government-led, multi-body participation. Wherein, after ten years of development, social institutions have become an important subject, and can better make up and correct the problems faced by community services.Therefore, to explore ways and countermeasures about social institutions’ participation in community service is important.In this paper, the data collection methods include interviews, case analysis, etc..Firstly, analyze the necessity and possibility of social institutions’ participation in community service. Secondly, analyze respectively Shenzhen model and Gusu District in Suzhou mode, in order to find out which can learn from the experience.Finally,analyze the concrete practice of S center, to explore the way social institutions’ participation in community service.This study found that, under the support of government procurement of services,social institutions can participate in community services directly and indirectly, in the role of service providers and resource providers.Specifically, according to different partners,it can be divided into cooperation with the government,and enterprises, and other social organizations or social institutions participate in public service independently.In the process of concrete analysis, the author finds out some problems that exist in the process of community public service.In order to fully grasp the cause of the problem,this article uses the SWOT method, pointed out the advantages,weakness,opportunities and challenges.Through the above analysis, the author gives suggestions on how to promote social institutions’ participation in community service.From the level of social institution,to enhance their professional capacity; establish brand recognition system;carry out differentiated services,etc..From the government’s level,to improve social organization management system; increase the propaganda of social organization;select the suitable cultivation method..From the level of community and community residents,to strengthen community residents’ consciousness; strengthen the supervision of social institutions.
