A Case Study About The Operation Of Enterprise-dominated Public Welfare Projects

A large number of enterprises have devoted themselves to public welfare,due to their increasing awareness of social responsibilities and the guidance of the government.Gradually,they are trying to sever the communities’ needs by developing the project. However,the reference of the practice pattern is still on the way.As the academic focuses more on public welfare projects which led by government or launched by Civil Society Organizations along with the lack of the study of the Enterprise-dominated. This thesis is related with the Huiai public welfare project which is launched by HSBC Bank(China).Through the participation of the project, the track and studying process for this operation the public welfare program which is initiated by the enterprise,the government’s collaboration and support, the plan and supervise of the third party,the operation and execution of the society organizations at the grassroots. This thesis focuses on the interactive relationship between the cooperation subjects as well as the arrangements of the operation.It discusses the advantages of this method adopted by public welfare program.It reflects the correlative factors which influenced operation process and operation effectiveness.To explore the way of promoting programs operate effectively. To provide useful lessons for the project management of enterprise-dominated public welfare.
