Nowadays,with the acceleration of industrialization in China,employment—oriented vocational education that aims at training skilled talents is developing rapidly.Guided and prooted byoverments at all levels,voctional collees and enterprises actively ege ilinking,integrating and cooperating with each other and gradually formed a mutually beneficial virtuous cycle of vocational education model that integrates industry and educatioand has provided a lare number of high—quality practical labor force to the society.But as the industrialization,urbanization and economic globalization deepen,the local economy greatly needs transformation and upgradinand enterprises increasily demand high—quality skill一oriented talents.How to further the cooperation between school and enterprise in vocatioal education in order to traiqualified local talets that suit the needs of enterprise and promote local economic development has become the major issue faced by all levels of government.Taizhou city in Zhejian Province has a well-developed private economy with clear industry clusters. Therefore, many local small and medium eterprises have a strong dema打d for talents. Based o the in_depth analysis of development status and problems in Taizhou vocational school—enterprise cooperatio and referece from Gerany "binary systems",the Uited States"cooperative educatio",and Australia "TAFE" as well as the example of Ningbo,this paper tries to fid out a path that is suitable to the schools condition as well as Taizhou city economy transition to promote the cooperatio between school and enterprise in order to give local government function ito full play and COnect vocatioal educatio school ad enterprise effectively in the ew situation.First, this paper analyzes the background of cooperation between school and enterprise in vocational education as well as its development stage characteristics. This paper also uses Nigbo as a case study to summarize the advanced experience and practice of local government in promoting school一enterprise cooperation in vocational education.Secondly, based on the ecooic and social development and reional human resources in Taizhou, this paper analyzes the practice as well as existing problems of vocational education i the local school—enterprise cooperation.Furthermore, this paper uses the world-famous vocational education models of Germay "biary systems, the Uited States "cooperative education", and Australia "TAFE" to aalyze the govermet’s effective measures i promoting the cooperation between school and enterprise in vocational education.Finally, based o the practice of Taizhou, this paper advises that local government should try to perfect policies, build a platform, increase investent and stregthen the mechanism. I this way the overnment can take the leading role i boosting the enthusias of vocational school, business and industry to create effective synergy so that vocational education could better serve the development of local economy.
