Study On The Satisfaction Of Placement Of Ecological Immigration

During the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period, Ningxia which is one of the ecological immigration pilot areas in China will resettlement 346000 people by two ways with soils and soilless. Due to the different resettlement modes have the different support policies which could cause different effects on the lives of immigrants. And immigrants satisfaction as a reflection of attitudes toward work assessment of immigration ecological, reflects the different needs of different placement mode of immigrants. Therefore, the satisfaction comparison of different resettlement mode of ecological immigration play a decisive role to help ecological migrations to make the right choice between soil and soilless modes. And it is the key to realize the maximization of social benefit of ecological migration work.This paper takes the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as an example, combining related theory and empirical study, firstly, summed up the factors affecting migrants satisfaction on the basis analysis of the literature research on the ecological resettlement mode and satisfaction,including personal attribute variables and situational variables. The personal attribute variables include indicators related to immigrant family basic information and the personal basic information; situational variables including living conditions, production work, government, social capital and other aspects. Secondly, conducted a questionnaire survey of 640 households in the immigration area which is selected from 17 soil resettlement points and 2 soilless resettlement points respectively. Survey research involves interviewing a target group, for example, relevant government ldepartments to obtain the desired informationFinally, analysis of the indicators in the questionnaire by the data from the two kinds of resettlement mode, and understanding the two different ecological immigration resettlement mode of satisfaction on the base of data analysis.we hope this research can provide a theoretical basis for the government to improve the efficiency of public goods supply of resettlement, and put forward policy recommendations for the relevant departments to make new relocation planning.
