Analysis Of The Construction Of CPC Organization In China’s Rural Community During New-type Urbanization

With the rapid economic and social transformation all over the country,the ruling environment of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has changed a lot.This requires CPC to enhance its ruling ability by reconstituting itself and realising the self-transformation,thus promoting the nation’s modernization drive.Organization of rural basic level knits the foundation of all the job of CPC,and plays a key role in consolidating its position in the countryside.Besides,the quality of CPC of rural basic level affects the party’s lines,principles and policies.Rural community emerges with China’s urbanization process,during which it needs to gradually transform into urban community,while coping with its own problems. With the continuous progress of new-type urbanization,the basic social unit of rural China has been transforming from administrative villages to communities,which makes new demands on CPC of rural basic level.A series of conflicts could be issued if this transformation failed to be dealt with properly.The original construction of grassroots CPC is left behind by the pace of time.Therefore,to study the construction of CPC organization in China’s rural community is of great political and practical significance.It is important for us to discuss how to play a central role for CPC organization in China’s rural community,how to consolidate the ruling foundation of CPC in rural China,or how to promote the sustained and stable development of China’s rural community so that it meets the requirements of new-type urbanization.This thesis firstly clarified relevant concepts such as urbanization,new-type urbanization and rural community. Secondly it analyses the effect of China’s new-type modernization onto rural China,the environment of the Party building in the countryside,and CPC organization China’s rural community,while at the same time talking about the significance new-type modernization to the building of CPC organization in China’s rural community.Thirdly,it discusses the new requirements of new-type urbanization onto the Party building in China’s rural community,as well as the shortages of traditional party-building methods.Finally,it concludes that under new-type urbanization,the Party building in China’s rural community should be promoted by reforming ideas of CPC organization in China’s rural community,enriching the Party member team,perfecting the structure of CPC organization in China’s rural community and its operating mechanism,integrating resources and funding.
