Investigating violations of the law and discipline and punishing the persons violate discipline and low,can best embody the characteristic and authority of the discipline inspection and supervision organs,embody the anti-corrupt determination and results. There are limitations for the discipline inspection and supervision organs such as multivariate identity of the characters, complicated environment of investigation, hard to get witness testimony, less measures, laggard means. To overcome these difficulties so as to play a good role in investigating violations of the law and discipline before the system and mechanism of the discipline inspection and supervision organs have been reformed, we have to not only exert the subjective and use the measures and the means flexibly,but also strengthen the organization and coordination,enhance supervision and control according to the institution,and go through the procedures rapidly.
