With the reform and opening up, China’s accelerating urbanization, large-scale construction of affordable housing in Shanghai is also accelerating conduct.Although the protection of housing construction in Shanghai has been in the forefront of our country, but in the process of building and governance in order to have more or less some problems, these problems have hampered Shanghai in the apparent large affordable housing community building process.
