Research On Community Participation Of Affordable Housing Residents

The community participation of residents is the power and source of promoting community development,and also an important part of promoting democracy and autonomy at the grassroots level in China.At present,due to the imperfect service management of the social housing community in China,there are still many problems in the community participation of the security housing residents,and it affects and restricts the promotion of the community autonomy process to varying degrees.Therefore,promoting such community participation is of great significance to promoting grassroots democratic autonomy and community development.This article takes the social work practice of the B social housing community as a case,and uses the asset-based community development theory as a practical guide to intervene in the community's lack of residents' participation.Combining foreign practical experience with the characteristics of the community itself,the practical intervention is divided into five steps: the first step is to map the assets;the second step is to use the existing community assets based on the current major problem of community participation,that is,the lack of community participation platforms Build a community participation platform;the third step is to use the participation platform to focus on mobilizing community assets,establishing links between assets,and discovering the backbone of the community;the fourth step is to build a community asset interactive relationship with the backbone as the thrust after the community assets are continuously linked And the synergy of assets;the fifth step is to expand external resources to help community development;in this way,community mobilization of the B-guaranteed community to promote the participation of residents.The research found that the concept of asset-based community development has a good fit with China's rural relations;the housing community community has a complex composition of residents,compared with other types of communities,the residents have a high degree of complexity in participation,and the backbone ability is diverse;social workers play a catalyst The role of community assets is effective and ineffective;the lack of late management of social housing blocks community participation.It also provided suggestions on how to promote community participation in the characteristics of the affordable community: to cope with the imperfect post-service management of the affordable community,the government should improve the top-level design of the post-service management of the affordable housing community,and social workers should pay attention to the construction of the affordable housing participation platform The composition of residents in affordable communities is complex.To mobilize community assets,we must pay attention to balancing the diverse needs of residents,aiming at the public needs of residents,deepening the connection between community assets and residents,and promoting the construction of social housing community asset synergies.For community asset mobilization,we must use effectiveness Assets drive invalid assets;due to the dynamic changes in community assets,the role of social workers must be dynamically adjusted based on the relationship between assets;in response to the inconsistency between the traditional management thinking of the grassroots government and the status quo of the community,social workers must use their own professional knowledge and skills to gradually promote each other Changes in the thinking of grassroots governments.
