In order to solve this problem, was established on April 1, 2014 the local social organization double hatcheries, ejin horo banner, hope that through social organizations in the community, improve the utilization rate of the integration of community resources.The author through the flag in the social organization of the doublehatcheries practice research, get first-hand information, at the same time,participate in the Iraqi flag social organization development center of questionnaire, investigation into 50 families home, through the depth interview, understand the residents of a part of the actual demand, and will be sorted out and analyzed the collected data, found that the local community in the integrated use of resources when the low utilization rate of hardware resource, community resources using single way,community participation in less less species, community activities and community workers professional level is low; To solve these problems,double hatcheries type through the hatch foster grassroots, start-up social organization, social organization the public venture capital projects,college students’ social organization double hatching street, on the integration of community resources use intervention, effective, not only enriched the use of community resources, so as to improve the professional community, at the same time also prompted community exerts its effect, also laid the foundation for the development of social organizations.
