Truth principle and value principle are the two basic principles of human development, especially for the new century’s human, value principle is more important, while justice view is the main performance of human development’s value principle. So the study on the justice view is meaningful. The justice view of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the main part of the China’s socialism theory, which is the inheritation and the inovative development of the Marxism, aslo based on the history development and the requirement of the times. The justice view is based on the Chinese’s modernism building practise,embodies the socialism’s requirement, aslso the nesessary condition and judgement of the building of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Through the past over 30 years’ reform and open, our socialist modernization drive has archive a wondering success. Along with the forming and adequation of Chinese socialism theory, the justice view theory would follows the same way. China is still in the primary stage of the socialim, which based on the principle of seeking truth and the sciense judgement of the Chinese’s foundation. Chinese’s socialism is not mature, therefore, the justice view is different from the ordinary, the view is the performance of the labouring people’s justice, while on the primary stage,it is still necessary for the justcie and effience. So, on the issue of justice, we need to protect the justice of the labouring people and the basic social fair.This paper wants to describe the borning, forming and developing of the justice view under the different background of times, and analizing the inter core and the feature between socialism justice view and capitalism’s. The socialism justice view is necessary, which is a inheritation and development for the Marxism, and meaningful for the different areas’ solution.
