The traditional family pension mode in China is broken, and the demand of pension services to meet the original by the family cannot be met, so it is high time to build the construction of new rural pension system and pension mode. This paper based on the actual situation in the Guilin, one of the Guangxi rural areas, analyzes the diversification, the level of demand for pension services, combined with the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, analysis of the elderly are not only need material requirements, life care, spiritual comfort are also very important; at the same time, believe that the supply shortage not only in terms of quantity and quality, there is supply positioning the lack of supervision, etc.. Analysis of the causes of the contradiction between the supply and demand of pension services, to find the balance model of both sides, solve the problem of pension services in rural areas, which can effectively ensure the safety of the elderly, and then contribute to promote the continuation of rural areas and other areas, the balance model also has the important practical significance to the healthy and stable development of the national pension service.This paper puts forward the demand for pension services in the material support, spiritual comfort and care as the main body of the main supply, puts forward that the pension service should be guided by the government, market and community, non-profit organizations should be actively involved, abundant the main part and the mode of supply, so that we can promote the development of nursing career, meet the the increasingly diverse needs of pension services. This paper mainly divided into five parts:the first part, the research background, literature review and the research content and significance of the research; the second part, describes the related concepts and theories, the definition of supply and demand of rural pension services, pension service model concepts and the hierarchy of needs theory, welfare pluralism theory; the third part, analysis the status and problems of the balance of supply and demand of pension service model of rural pension services based on Guilin, including the diversification of demand and supply of lack of main body, resulting in the number, the pension service quality cannot meet the demand; the fourth part, countermeasures and suggestions of the contradiction between supply and demand of pension services in rural areas of Guangxi, where the family the community as the carrier, the rural old-age service system which is guided by the government, the community should be actively involved in the supply of rural old-age care service. At this modern society, to solve the problem of rural endowment, is not only relate to whether the elderly can enjoy their twilight years, but also good to the stable, harmonious society and development.
