During the Meiji restoration period, Japan carried out the three major polices. They are Enriching The Country And Strengthening The Military, Encouragement Of New Industry, Civilization And Enlightenment. The central goal of the policies is Enriching The Country And Strengthening The Military. To achieve this goal, education is an important means. From the Meiji Restoration to the end of World War II, Japanese government continued to enact and amend relevant laws and regulations to carry out the education of militarism education, attempted to bury the seeds of aggression and expansion in the heart of the people in the whole country, especially in the hearts of students to achieve the purpose of militarism. During the post-war period, The United States implemented the "democratic" and "non-military" policies in Japan, which had weakened Japanese militarism thought and force, but it did not disappear. Since Yasuhiro Nakasone became the Prime Minister of Japan, he accelerated the development of Japan political right deviation. There occurred many textbook events. Besides, he modified the Fundamental Law of Education which promulgated after World War II several times and propagated so-called patriotic education. The ambition that Japan recovered pre-war militarism education is completely bared there and then. Under this background, learning from the history and researching of Japanese militarism education the end of World War II is very important.This paper will mainly discuss the problems of prewar Japanese militarism education in every period to analyze the historical background, content and its impact, it composed of three texts and a conclusion:The first part mainly talks about the beginning of Japanese militarism education. After the Meiji Restoration, with the effect of the island geographical environment, bushido traditional, the theory of "overseas going" and the Prussian militarism, Japan has promulgated a series of education documents, Such as The Imperial Rescript on Education, took the road of nationalism and militarism. I analyzed the influence that the thinkers took Japanese militarism education in modern times represented by Yukiti Fukuzawa and Youli Mali.The second part mainly talks about the popularity of Japanese militarism education. After the Sino-Japanese war of 1984-1985, with the victory of the war and the stimulation of military industry, Japanese militarism education continued to develop. The Japanese government went on militarism education through the documents such as Normal Education Order, and they have established the national textbooks system and the Boys’ training schools. The thinkers represented by Sohou Tokutomi and Ikki Kita, exerted influence on Japanese militarism education in this period, which resulted in war frenzy among the Japanese.The third part mainly talks about the reinforcement of Japanese militarism education. In this period, under the effect of fascist militarism, domestic contradictions, and the needs of fighting against communism, Japanese militarism education was on the way to "wartime". The government had promulgated a series of education documents, such as Boys’ School Ordinance and Elementary School Ordinance, and established the education council. The thinkers represented by Kanji Isiwara and Kadutami Ukita made the Japanese militarism education to the peak.The conclusion, in addition to summing up the whole article, I analyzed that Japanese right-wing will restore militarism education after World War Ⅱ. With the establishing and strengthening of the military alliance between The United States and Japan, Japanese government wants to establish "national defense". Japanese right- wing in an attempt to using the tricks which restore Tennoism to conduct "patriotic" education, amend Fundamental Law of Education, throw the "peace constitution" away and distort history textbook to restore the militarism education the end of World War Ⅱ.
