A Comparison Study Of Mao Zedong’s And Deng Xiaoping’s People’s Livelihood Thought

The people’s livelihood issue relates to the interests of the masses of the people, andsocial harmony and stability, which is an important content of social construction. TheCommunist Party of China wrote the interests of the people on its flag from its launching day.As core members of the two generations of leadership of the Communist Party of China, MaoZedong and Deng Xiaoping adhered to the concept of communists, they paid attention tosocial reality, listened to the people’s voices, revealed social contradictions and rules andformed the people’s livelihood thought with their era characteristics and practicalcharacteristics in their revolution, construction and the practice of reform and opening up. Inrecent years, it is exciting that the study of the theory of people’s livelihood thought becomespopular and it is the focus of the research in academic fields. The reason is that thecontemporary Chinese social development practice leads to it. Because of this, this thesistakes Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping’s thought on people’s livelihood as the research objectand from the perspective of comparing differences and similarities between Mao Zedong andDeng Xiaoping’s thought on people’s livelihood, trying to systematically classify and interprettheir thoughts on the livelihood of the people, aiming to explore the contemporary value ofMao Zedong’s and Deng Xiaoping’s thought on the livelihood of the people and expand thedevelopment of Marxism on people’s livelihood.This thesis is divided into five parts. This chapter showed themain viewpoints, the basic principles to solve the problem of the people’s livelihood and themeasures to improve people’s livelihood in Mao Zedong’s thought on people’s livelihoods.The third part is the main content of Deng Xiaoping’s thought on people’s livelihood. Thischapter showed the main viewpoints, the basic principles to solve the problem of the people’slivelihood, the measures to improve people’s livelihood in Deng Xiaoping’s thought onpeople’s livelihoods. The fourth part is the similarities and differences between thought onthe livelihood of the people. On the basis of analyzing Mao Zedong’s and Deng Xiaoping’sthought on the people’s livelihood in the first two chapters system, this chapter focuses on thedifferences and similarities between the two generations of leaders on people’s livelihoodthought, in order to summarize differences in theoretical origin, cultural background, standingpoint, the consistency in fundamental purpose, the era theme, the institution and system, thefundamental path and strategic goals. The fifth part is the contemporary enlightenment ofMao Zedong’s and Deng Xiaoping’s thought on people’s livelihood. it combines the reality ofour country to put forward measures and suggestions to improve people’s livelihood, it is alsothe conclusion of this article.
