Study On The Grass-rooted Prosecutor’s Office

The regime of grass-rooted prosecutor’s office in China underwent uneven development of primitive exploration, prosperous growth and adjustment control during the1980s and1990s, while it paused in early-20th century. Then it summarizes the current work module, the existed deficits, and the barriers of the office building under the current situation. It sums out the inspiration and significance of enforcing the building of grass-rooted prosecutor’s office in China with the analysis and study on the oversea inspection system, especially the successful methods and advanced experiences in US communities. At last, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the prosecutor’s office in the history and at present and notes the basic principles of setting up the office, the role orientation significantly, giving suggestions on operation mechanism how to function better suitable for China’s national conditions.
