Analysis On The Conversion And Innovation Of China’s Governance Model In The View Of The Network Participation

As a tool, Internet has magic power to trigger a profound change in the history of humansociety; with the, people can use the Internet to communicate with each other smoothly andall aspects of human society has been changed by the Internet; in the same time, with thedevelopment of the Internet, the social structure has been changed and the development ofsociety has been promoted. The Internet has been gradually playing an extremely importantrole in the development of human’s society. The Internet has made human life richer and morecolorful, because it not only affects the economic fields such as the production and living ofhuman social life, but also affects the culture, the politics, military, science, sports and so on.Internet possesses the characteristics of openness, freedom, equality, convenience andconcealment, and the Internet has been gradually changing the traditional politicalparticipation. In the age of the Internet information, government organization should bepeople-oriented, public service centers, through the improvement of services to create afavorable political and economic environment for the development and maintenance of astable social order and uphold the right of political participation values and strong politicalinvolvement of the faith, is basic network of political participation, citizens only have thecorrect analysis of the problem, the problem of the ability to discriminate, to be able to remaininvincible in online political participation.At the age of knowledge economy and the information, with the development of massmedia, people are more profound understanding of themselves, and requiring the gradualdeepening of the concept of democracy and equality, democratic management of thegovernment’s increasingly demands, which is bound to make people’s attention to theadministrative staff comments and suggestions, so that interactive communication betweengovernment organizations and the people, increasing the sense of people’s trust in governmentorganizations. For the people, they can express their political demands and their will about thesocial affairs through the network which is a new way of participation, which can make senseof democracy and democratic rights of the people in the process of socialist modernization.And in the process of social modernization, the people have much more demands for the government’s public services and decision, so it is necessary for the transformation andinnovation of government governance model. Therefore, it is an essential issue to analysis onthe conversion and innovation of China’s governance model in the view of the networkparticipation.In my paper, first of all, I explain the theory of network participation, governmentgovernance models; secondly, I analyze the possibility and necessity of the conversionabout the governance model in the view of the network participation; thirdly, I study theinterrelate about the network participation and the conversion of China’s governance model;fourthly, I explain the direction of the conversion of China’s governance model; lastly, it’sabout the conclusion that how to the conversion and innovation of China’s governance model.
