Research On The Community Construction Of Jinzhou New District

Since1990s, community construction has boomed in big cities all around China, which become an organic part of the construction of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics. Community autonomy is the basic principle of community construction, as well as an inevitable trend and the ultimate goal of the community development. Due to that the current community autonomy in China is playing the role of serious administrative tendency, and awkward community neighborhood committee, besides, there are also a series of problems such as lack of standardized community autonomy, weak awareness of community residents’ participation and immature development of community intermediary organization etc., which seriously influence the progress and development of community construction. Therefore, how to strengthen the function of community autonomy and how to promote community construction rapidly have become important issues in badly need of research of community construction in the current stage in China.In view of that the community organization is the necessary carrier of community construction, as well as the important role community autonomy plays in the process of community construction, the project will absorb accelerating the community organization construction and promoting the realization of community autonomy function into the study scope. Focusing on community service for the aged in community construction, it aims to design the service pattern that meets the need of aged people in the new area and considers cultivation of community-based social organizations, satisfaction of residents’ different kinds of cultural needs, innovation of community-based social organization management, exploration the model of party-construction, establishing cooperative relationship between community-based social organizations and government organizations and perfection of home caring service system in the community for the aged as the key tasks and strategies in intensifying and innovating the construction of communities in Jinzhou New Area.
