Wade Fake Crime Management Problems Research In The Public Security Management

Along with the constant deepening of reform and opening-up in our country, the optimizing of international and domestic market economy environment, China’s Marketization and international competitiveness are highly improved. This development caused increasing counterfeit crime such as producing fake and inferior commodities and infringing intellectual property. This has destroyed the resource allocation of market economy in our country, has infringed the citizens’personal health, has decreased the reputation and image of China in the international economic exchanges, has influenced our country enterprise’s image and economic benefits, has encroached the legitimate rights and interests of legitimate business enterprises and consumers, has restricted the development of social harmony and stability and improve the innovation of social management mechanism, and has brought the significant harm to society.With the characteristics of hidden action and bad social influence, counterfeit crime in our country has a wide range and variety of forms and becomes a prominent economic crime types. In recent years, our country has issued a series of relatively perfect laws and regulations and has carried out the public security organs anti-counterfeiting special operation at different levels and areas to strike the involved false illegal crime, and achieved some results. This paper, on the basis of maintaining public safety, applied the public management theory to summarize the practical experiences with real cases to reveal the harmfulness of counterfeit crime and to explore the method and the way to crack down on such crimes in Yunnan. Through the research on the counterfeit crime, it becomes a part of the social public security management innovation theory. The article put forward that the economic investigation department plays a role to promote social and public security management innovation thinking, to promote the benign development of social public security management, to contain the situation involving fake crime, to prevent the serious damage from the social public safety and the situation of people’s lives and property safety, and to purify the social environment. More attention are needed to the livelihood of the people, it is also important to set up the consciousness of intellectual property rights, to enhance the efficiency of public management and to make up for the blind spot of the control effect.
