The Research On Improving Labor Arbitration In Building Harmonious Labor Relations

This paper discussed the status analysis of Chinese labor relations and the reasonsof causing labor relations contradiction by the means of literature study method andcase study method and regional surveys, disclosured the problems of labor arbitration inbuilding harmonious labor relations. Discussed the leading and positive role in furtherbuilding a harmonious labor relation in the new era, the triple subject positions of laborarbitration and its definitude responsibility of which subject positions bear weredivested, boned the imperfection of labor arbitration in further building harmoniouslabor relations of Yancheng district.This paper defined the concepts of labor relation and labor arbitration according torecently research results of specialists and scholars, which were summarized about laborarbitration how to further building harmonious labor relations. Introduced the currentsituations of enterprise labor relations in Chinese, and the reasons of causingincompatibly labor relations. The triple subject positions and respective bearingresponsibility of labor arbitration in building harmonious labor relations wereemphatically introduced, analyzed the problem and how it be caused, which based onthe operating data of labor arbitration inYancheng district, of current mechanism oflabor arbitration. As a result, the article put forward Countermeasures, that is to upgradethe status of the labor union and the entrepreneur association in the arbitrationcommittee for labor disputes, establish a bridge of communications of the laborarbitration and the court and define the sharing out the work and cooperating with oneanother0f the arbitration committee for labor disputes and the labor inspectoratedepartment,that is also to establish the network0f the mediation system and enhance the construction of the court of the labor arbitration.
