After the Third Plenary Session of the Party’s understanding more and more emphasis on democracy, the party’s democratic life gradually return to normal track,the foundation of democratic elections within the party as a party of power giving and receiving, of course, to become party democracy building an important way, and gradually institutionalized, standardized procedures. Only highlight the importance and necessity of democratic elections party, the dominant position of party members to be reflected power source can be rationalized within the party, in order to improve under the new situation, the ability to perform their duties under the party’s tenure.Since the reform and opening up, the party elections, my party had a lot of theory and practice of innovation, has made achievements, but the problem is also with in-depth exploration gradually revealed.
