Research On The Social Support Of The Model Of Urban Home Endowment

Population aging is the stage of inevitable experience for the development of human society. The supporting problem caused by the aging of the population is an important subject faced in the21st century of the human society,and it has become the focus of government and society. Home care mode combines the advantages of family pension and social endowment,corresponds to the current development level of productive forces,has been incorporated into the important content of pension security system construction,but still face challenge of imperfect social support and lack of support.Therefore, it is very important and urgent to in-depth study of social support of urban home endowment pattern.By consulting literature and field interviews, this paper apply the theory of social support into urban home endowment pattern to study the pension demand of city home-based care for the elderly in funds and material support, life care support, mental support mainly from the government, families and communities social support body and so on,and to research these support body providing what pension resources focus on. Through investigating the present status,finding the existing problems and analysing its causes of social support of urban home endowment, the paper propose building a "guided by the government,family based,community depended, with all kinds of social resources as a supplement"multi-level, three-dimensional urban home endowment pattern, and then realize old-age support diversification of sources, maximization of the overall effect in the economy, the life care and spiritual comfort and so on.The first, it is to build a government-led economic support and family endowment security system; the second,it is to build a family-based life care and spiritual comfort support;the third, it is to build a community-depended services support; the fourth,it is to build all kinds of social resources to complement support; the fifth,it is to enhance the sense of social support and self-protection ability of the elderly at home.
