The Construction Of Effective Relationships Between Government And Social Organizations Under The Background Of Collaborative Governance

In China, the government has been unable to do all social affairs, as the development of market economy and the deepening of reform and opening-up in our country, so the ultimate goal of social construction for government is to mobilize each part of the positive factors of social and make the society revolve. The social organization, as a young blood, with the identity of folk and nature of non-profit, increasingly shows its advantages in the public management, strengthening the social governance and public service and other aspects in China. Therefore, to carry out the social construction, the government needs to focus on the discovery, confirmation and cultivating of social mechanism, play an important role in the social organization of social management, construction of people’s livelihood and social autonomy management, etc. Therefore, the correct understanding and handling of the issue of the relationship between the government and social organizations in the new period, playing the important role of the government and the social organization, especially the construction of governance mechanism of social coordination, is the fundamental way to achieve the goal of social construction.This paper consists of five parts, the first part describes the background and significance of the research, including the overview of domestic and international research status and the theoretical basis, research contents, research methods and frame of the thesis. The second part mainly expounds governance theory and its applicability in China today, including the emergence and development of the theory of governance, the main ideas and value of governance theory, analysis of contemporary society and Chinese reference to governance theory. The third part describes the relationship between the government, society and citizens under the background. The fourth part mainly analysis the current situation of the development of Chinese social organizations, and the relationship between the organization and the government of our society, and to find the main problems of the development of social organizations. The fifth part gives the concrete methods and countermeasures, exploring how to build effective relationship between government and social organization under the background of collaborative governance.
