Construction And Countermeasure Research On The Social Aging-care Service System Of Off-site Retirement Life In Dalian Area

With the development of national economy and the improvement of average life expectancy,the impact of population aging on our reality of society has becoming very important.Elderly people not only meet their basic physiological needs,but also pay more attention to enhance the quality of life because the further enrichment material life.Therefore,how to meet the diversified endowment demand and how to explore the social aging-care system with Chinese characteristics has been becoming a worth thinking question.The function of traditional family pension mode is gradually blurred in the recent years.New social pension model such as off-site retirement pattern constantly emerging and develops rapidly.The purpose of this paper is trying to use “Internet +”,“Combination of Medical Care and Pension” and different variable ways to build a pension service system framework for off-site retirement in Dalian area.We will discuss the countermeasure for the system operation from four aspects and provide theoretical and practical reference for domestic specified area.Furthermore,it tends to provides diversified ways to consummate our country elderly social service system.Firstly,the paper provides theoretical supports to the relevant problems we will discuss in the chapters later from defined the off-site retirement life,social aging-care service system,combined with domestic and foreign relevant research and experience.Secondly,analyzes how to build and consummate the social aging-care service system of off-site retirement life from four aspects;includes government,market,NPO and community(home)according to the theory of Welfare PluralismFinally,this paper using different research method which includes questionnaire,literature reviews,qualitative and quantities analysis to find the deficiencies of the social aging-care service system of off-site retirement life in Dalian area,which gives the data supports to further analysis on construction and operation countermeasure for the system.
