Research On The Equality Of Basic Public Services Of Inner Mongolia

With the rapid development of economy in Inner Mongolia, Inner Mongolia, there is some social problems, these problems reflected in the different level, among them, the low level of equal basic public services is an indisputable reality of social problems, Inner Mongolia between urban and rural areas, between regions, between different social groups in the basic public service level enjoy the achievement is not the same. Ensure the livelihood of the people, make people enjoy more equal basic public services, this is one of the basic responsibilities of our government. Actively promote equal basic public services is the important measure of implementing policies of the CPC central committee on safeguard the people’s livelihood, and shorten the development gap between urban and rural areas of Inner Mongolia social tensions and contradictions, the gap between rich and poor As economic less developed areas of Inner Mongolia, has its own special situation, on the basic public service supply has its own characteristic, should according to its own economic and social conditions, to advance the construction of equal basic public services.In this paper, the problem oriented, for the problem of the equal basic public services in Inner Mongolia combined quantitative and qualitative research. This article first to the related theories of equal basic public services and its defining the concept, in the hope and the purpose of this study are consistent. Then this paper is based on statistical yearbook data of Inner Mongolia and neat, through data analysis in Inner Mongolia in recent years the equalization of basic public services description and evaluation on the development status, and find out the related problem. Regression statistical analysis model is presented in this paper, through empirical research, find out various factors of the empirical research shows that the per capita GDP per capita, per capita consumption expenditure, fiscal revenue. Effectively promote the equal basic public services in Inner Mongolia has a lot of work to do, this paper argues that perfecting the public finance system, improve the supply of basic public service system, government function positioning and build a service-oriented government is the Inner Mongolia autonomous region government need to urgently need to solve the key problem, after solve these key problems, explore a progressive and sustainable development model of equal basic public services.
