Research On Performance Appraisal System Of LH Notary Personnel

As the market competition is intensifying, more and more managers select to be industry leaders by building the core competitiveness.Human Resource Management as an important means to build the core competitiveness is more and more valued by the managers in recent years. In human resources management, performance appraisal is vital to improve in the level of employee performance and achieve the overall strategic objectives. Now how to use the scientific performance appraisal system to motivate employees to produce a better performance becomes a problem for managers to pay much attention.After the notary system reform, LH Notary Office is extremely rapid development because of its flexible mechanism and a wide range of services. Now LH Notary Office has good market environment and industry environment, but the staff appraisal is still used on the impression management model which is more traditional. It is not conducive to LH notary’s overall development.In this paper, I take the performance appraisal system of LH notary personnel as the research object, and comprehensive use of interviews, questionnaire survey, system analysis methods to research. Find the main problems existing in the performance appraisal system, and analyze its reasons. And then design the performance evaluation method suitable for different positions to realize the optimization design of the performance appraisal system of LH notaries.The optimal design for the performance appraisal system of LH notary personnel is good for promotes the overall development of notaries and notarization institution. It is also can bring some enlightenment and reference for other notary industry personnel.
