After the Cold War, with the collapse of the Soviet Union, central and eastern European countries made the strategy, in an effort to join in Europe and the European Union made a policy about eastward enlargement policy for recruiting new members. After the Cold War the independent Ukraine also planned to join in the EU. However EU had not given so much attention to Ukraine’s willing of "Join in Europe", because of Ukraine’s the relatively underdeveloped economy and complex security problems. Increasingly, EU has been aware that Ukraine is becoming a indispensible force for maintaining the stability and security in the central and eastern Europe and even the entire Europe considering the increasingly important geostrategic status of Ukraine and the severe game among Russia, America and the European Union, and thus that it is time for EU to change its policy to Ukraine and pa more attention to it. Moreover, eventually, EU-Ukraine Association Agreement has been signed after the Ukraine Crisis, and further strengthens the relationship between both sides. There are many complicated factors influence EU’s accession policy for Ukraine which is not only affected by Ukraine’s domestic political and economic reality, but also the change of the relationship among Russia, the United States and Ukraine. In general, t EU’s accession policy for Ukraine is uncertain, especially after the Ukrainian Crisis broke out, which means the uncertain future for Ukraine to join in EU.
