On China’s National Security Strategy In The Perspective Of Anti-terrorist Operations

Security is the most important and preferred demand to every country and theentire nation, it is a matter of the national development and the people’s happiness,with the changing of the international and the domestic environment, the nationalsecurity strategy is also changing. After the Cold War, big changes happened in theworld political and economic landscape. China was facing a variety of security threats,including traditional and unconventional security threats. Facing the intricate securitysituation, our national security strategy was forced on the internal security. During thesecond decade of the21st century, the security situation have changed, especially thefrequency of terrorist activities is very high. The harm to national security is more andmore seriously. However, terrorism is not considered one of the important factorswhich may impact the national security. So we can’t prevent and combat the terrorismfrom the national level. In the face of new security challenge and situation, the newcentral leadership group put forward the overall national security concept, and thenational security strategy is more and more specific.This paper is trying to analyse the content and characteristics of our nationalsecurity strategy.
