Study On The Interest Expression Mechanism Of Chinese Contemporary Disadvantaged

The economy of China has been developing at an amazing rate, and theeconomic strength has been boosting rapidly since the30years’ reform and openingup. While, at the same time, the social class interest has lost its balance, and theorganizational resources, economic resources, and cultural resources are aggregatingto the strong group. In contrast, other groups, especially the disadvantaged aregradually mired in the situation where resources and opportunities are declining,leading to the increased social structure tension, social conflicts and mass incidents.The situation can be explained by the following reason: the resources andopportunities of the configuration for the social members were unfair. Therefore, tobuild a various interest groups for the game of interest expression and normal way ofinstitutionalization, especially set up a perfect interest expression mechanism fordisadvantaged groups was of great importance. It is meaningful to open a greenchannel for the disadvantaged to express their interests. On the one hand, the releasingchannel for the backlog of contradiction for the society could avoid a violent way tovent the conflicts of interest, and effectively maintain the stability of the society. Onthe other hand, policy decision center could received a large number of first-handinformation and make reform of the policy in order to balance the interests of allparties, to make sure that the disadvantaged could enjoy the fruits of the reform. Thispresent paper aims at studying the interest expression mechanism of Chinesecontemporary disadvantaged, mainly from the following several aspects.The first chapter is introduction. This part mainly generalizes the research statuson the interest expression of disadvantaged groups, and explains the significance,status, methods and innovation of the study on the interest expression mechanism ofChinese contemporary disadvantaged.The second chapter is the summary of the interest expression mechanism ofChinese contemporary disadvantaged. This part is the theoretical basis for this article,first of all, generally defines the disadvantaged from its definition, types, characteristics and causes. What is more, define the interest expression mechanismstep by step from three aspects on interest expression, interest expression mechanismand the interest expression mechanism of the disadvantaged. In addition, this paperillustrates the deep meaning of consummating the interest expression mechanism ofthe disadvantaged.The third chapter shows the present situation of the interest expression ofChinese contemporary disadvantaged. It respectively expounds the achievementsreceived of the interest expression of contemporary Chinese disadvantaged groupsand the questions existed, including achievements with the enhancement of theinterest expression consciousness of the disadvantaged, the more opportunities toexpress thoughts and the rational expression has become the preferred way of thedisadvantaged groups. The questions are the weakness of subject foundation, theloose object consciousness and the blocked express channel.The fourth chapter mainly tells the paths for consummating the interestexpression mechanism of the disadvantaged. This paper fosters the subject of interestexpression based on three aspects by improving the economic capabilities,cultural accomplishment and supporting the interest representatives of thedisadvantaged. It consummates the feedback mechanism of interest expression objectfrom three aspects on promoting the procedural, strengthening the supervision andenhancing the consciousness of the object feedback. It improves the implementationmechanism of interest expression from three aspects on strengthening the function ofpolitical system, exerting the function of letter petition system and exploring newchannels for the interest expression.
