As the pace of life continues to increase,most of people feel the pressure from work also continues to increase in this increasingly competitive society,Job burnout has gradually become a common phrnomenon in modern society. Primary civil servants from the bottom of our civil servants, directly serive to people, as the executor of the specific administrative power, they are the image of the government spokesman, their ability to work, the strength of professional quality, the mental state, directly reflects the government’s level of management. While Primary civil servants always work in the township, doing heavy tasks with work pressure, low income level with lower social status compared with other civil servants, it is easy to have the Job burnout phrnomenon. From the study of this job burnout group,deconstruction relevant factors which affect the Primary civil servants job burnout.It is significance to improve government management, build a service government, safeguard social stability and building a harmonious society.This article from the particularity of the Primary civil servants’ status and occupation, depict the true status of Nanchang Primary civil servants Job burnout problem, discussing its causes and intervention strategy,to improve human resource management practices in public sector.The full text is divided into five parts, the first part is an introduction, find out the problem, the purpose and significance of this study, it is a briefly descripton of the current Job burnout situation at home and abroad, it include the main contents,research and innovation.The second part of the study discusses the theory define of the job burnout and the efinition and meaning of the Primary civil servants, it also elaborate a concrete manifestation and the impact from Primary civil servants job burnout.The third part take Primary civil servants in Nanchang for example, select some Primary civil servants to carry out an in-depth interviews and questionnaires,the comprehensive analysis of the survey results showed that the job burnout problem in Nanchange Primary civil servants is more serious, it exist difference from gender, age, education level, working time, position and other aspects.The fourth parts analysis of the causes Primary civil servants job Burnout from four parts which are individual factors, profession, social and organizations.The fifth part is under the course of the Primary civil servants job Burnout, gives specific recommendations on mitigation and prevention of the Primary civil servants job Burnout problem from individuals, organizations and social three aspects.
