With the rapid development of economy and society,increasingly competition between various industries,improve staff working pressure,job burnout is becoming more and more serious.Especially the primary civil servants,due to the tasks,low salary,lack of promotion channels,etc.,and appear different levels of job burnout.The primary civil servants are the line workers of the government in performing official duties,their work efficiency and quality is directly related to the government’s public image.Therefore,this article with YZ city of the primary civil servants,for example,aims to explore the main influence factors that lead to the job burnout of the primary civil servants,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for reducing the job burnout of primary civil servants.In this paper,on the basis of existing research,through online survey to obtain sample data,and the reliability of survey data validity analysis,descriptive statistics analysis,single factor analysis of variance,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the analysis results show that: First,from the overall,more than half of the primary civil servants in YZ city show moderate job burnout,and illustrate that job burnout degree of primary civil servants is more severe;Second,primary civil servants’ age,education level,marital status,working years and other characteristics have a significant impact on job burnout;Thirdly,"personal factors","organizational factors" and "social factors" all have significant positive effects on each dimension of job burnout of primary civil servants,and for the dimension of "emotional exhaustion",personal factors have the greatest influence.For the dimension of "work attitude","organizational factor" has the greatest influence on it.For the dimension of "job satisfaction","social factors" have the greatest influence on it.Finally,combined with the survey data analysis results,from three aspects: strengthening the self construction of the primary civil servants,improving the organizational construction and establishing a good social image of the primary civil servants,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to alleviate the job burnout of the primary civil servants in YZ city.At the same time,it also provides some reference and research ideas for the primary civil servants in other areas to reduce the degree of job burnout.
