Beijing has stepped into an aging society since 1990, the elderly population presents the characteristics of large population base,aging, the empty nest.The situation of an aging population is becoming increasingly serious, the resulting aging problem is highlighted. The function of the traditional family endowment model is weakening gradually, already can’t fully meet the needs of the elderly endowment. Therefore, how to improve the level of pension service in Beijing to meet the diversified and multi-level demands of the elderly,how to improve the elderly life quality of old people are realistic problems urgently to be solved. Based on this, three kinds of pension service models are research objects of this paper. First of all, introducing the background of the aging population in Beijing, related research review, the main concepts and theoretical basis, definitions of three kinds of pension service models, and according to different dimensions, compares the three kinds of pension service models. Secondly, combing the present situation of diversified pension service models in Beijing about the relevant policy formulation and implementation, pension service facilities construction and endowment service staff team construction. Again, using empirical analysis methods, based on a questionnaire survey of the community endowment service condition of H town. Mainly analysis basic situation of the elderly in H town, the elderly pension status, the elderly pension service demand, etc. Finally, this paper points out existing problems of multivariate pension service models about government management, pension service facilities construction, endowment service staff team construction. At the same time, based on the economic and social development conditions of Beijing, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions and specific strategies to promote the development of diversified endowment service models.
